Cafes and pubs are right on the doorstep, and the location couldn’t be beaten. The hostesses were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, warm and wonderfully comfortable. Beautiful decor too. Breakfast had a plentiful fry-up and fresh continental options. An absolutely wonderful stay :^)

The place is spotless and so well kept, so remember to leave your boots off on the ground floor and enjoy it. The accommodation is lovely and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the mother and daughter who run everything are sweet and interesting. I’ve fallen completely in love with this B&B. We’re definitely coming back!

It took me a few months to get around to writing this, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Emmet House. Maureen and her Mom made us feel so welcome and helped with everything. It felt like staying with relatives. The place was clean, breakfast was great, and it’s close to everything. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The owner Maureen was welcoming and very helpful, and breakfast tasted great. We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, plus a clean, spacious shower room. It’s in a great location. One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in in Ireland.
