The rooms are warm, bright and really nicely redone, with an en suite and tea or coffee in each one. Breakfast can be a full Irish, part of one, or the healthy option. Frank asks what you'd like. The B&B is right in town, and parking is either on the street or free at the riverside car park. If you need a place to stay in Boyle, this works well.

The breakfast menu was superb, and Frank Muldoon brought real Irish hospitality. We stayed at Linsfort House while visiting Boyle for the Arts Festival. It's a lovely, compact five-star B&B in the centre of this historic town, one of the best I've stayed in.

Boyle Abbey ruins and Boyle River Bridge are close by, and parking was easy. The hosts were charming, the place clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Nothing to fault.
