Tony was a chatty, funny host and offered to drive us where we were going. He was friendly and obliging, flexible about arrival and checkout times, and fine with us having breakfast late. The B&B has a nice view and more than just a bedroom and ensuite, with a little living room and kitchenette as well. Bray is only 3 kilometres away, so it’s not far to go for a meal or a night out. My one small gripe was that there was no hot water for a shower at 11pm. We’ll stay again.

Hillview B&B came through for me at the very last minute, and I’m so grateful. It’s a lovely little gem, with pretty surroundings, lovely views, a reasonable price, and a really comfortable stay in a convenient location. Connie and Tony were warm hosts who had the Irish charm I’ve already grown to love. I’d absolutely stay again.

Tony, the owner, was very friendly. The rooms were clean and nice, the views were great, and breakfast was a genuine full Irish. The downside is there’s no food or drink nearby.

We had the biggest room of our vacation here, which made it the most comfortable. The traditional Irish breakfast was very good. The owner has pets, though, and with my allergies I wasn’t a fan.

Tony is an interesting person and a very welcoming host. The full Irish breakfast was big and lovely, the price was reasonable, and the view was great. There’s lots to explore nearby. I didn’t see Cony.
