I wouldn’t come back. When I arrived at apartment 54, it was very dirty: greasy fingerprints all over the windows, a grubby kitchen table, a microwave we had to clean before using, and a toilet seat that hadn’t been cleaned underneath. The shower broke on day two. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which is usually enough, but with the covid situation at the time, it made me wonder if it had been left by the previous guests. We emailed about all of this while we were still there and never got a reply.

We stayed in July 2021, and the apartments weren’t up to standard, including the fire standards. There were multiple problems. I emailed and did get a reply, but it asked me not to publish a bad review. For the price we paid, you could get a holiday abroad and much better customer service. I wouldn’t stay here.

The kids loved it here. The beach views are amazing, and the apartments are stunning. We stayed in Palm Cove and Seashell Cove. Everything’s so close, about a one minute walk to the funfair, golf, waterworld, the main beach, rougey walk and the highstreet.
