The Carriage Houses at Beechpark House

Breakfast and scones were ready for us when we arrived, and the owner did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. It was a really great stay at a lovely property, with nice furniture and fittings throughout. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

A peaceful stay surrounded by nature, with fantastic hosts. Every cottage was beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the coffee and tea selection, plus the freshly baked scones waiting for us on arrival.

Catherine was so personable. We talked in the morning, and she introduced me to her horses and birds. The area was quiet and still close to the airport. My father and I arrived after check-in time, but one of the hosts warmly welcomed us and helped us get settled. The house had so much attention to detail, and our needs were met, including with a delicious range of breakfast foods. We only stayed briefly before having to end our time in Ireland, and wished we'd booked longer. We'd love to return. Highly recommended!

Catherine made us feel so welcome that we looked forward to coming back here at the end of each day. My wife and I finally made our long-planned Ireland trip for our 25th anniversary, and the Carriage Houses at the Beech Park House made a great base on the west coast. We could head out to regular tourist sights and places tied to our family history. If we could, we'd come back every year. Be sure to find Kevin too. His Irish jokes have their own style, and he knows some interesting facts about 1920s car brands. Coming from the mountains and desert in Arizona, we also thought the tap water was better than a lot of bottled water back home.
