Tudor Lodge Guest Accommodation

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect and very clean. I stayed at Tudor Lodge before an early flight from Shannon, and breakfast was delivered the night before.

When my flight was canceled, Sheelagh and Vinny kindly let me stay an extra night, and I paid them for it, of course. They even wrote and signed a letter for my university explaining the additional housing costs. I can’t express how grateful I am that they helped so quickly when plans changed unexpectedly. I’d planned to stay for three days in May 2024, and although they gave me privacy, they were always happy to chat when I came by, even if they were in the middle of something. They’re a wonderful couple. I missed the deadline to leave them an Airbnb review, so I’m glad I found this Google post. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll absolutely stay here. The place and the people are a dream. Vinny and Sheelagh, thank you again for being so kind and wonderful. I wish you both every happiness.

We had a fantastic room for our family of three, and the hospitality was out of this world. The fridge had fresh scones, croissants, white and brown bread, milk, and Orange juice. There was also a coffee maker and Costa disks ready to use. We stayed for two nights at Tudor lodge, which is well placed for both Shannon Airport, about 15 minutes away, and the Cliffs of Moher, roughly an hour away. It’s a real find if you’re in the Shannon/Bunratty/Ennis area. Thanks, Vinny and family, for a wonderful stay!
