We spent two nights with Ruth and Stewart and had a great time. After some pretty demanding hikes each day, the cooked breakfasts were exactly what we needed, and really tasty too. The B&B is in a lovely area: Clifden castle is within walking distance, and I found a nice route for a run. The room was comfortable, spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. I also loved looking around the house, especially the photos and music-bills and reading about Stewart’s work. Clifden is

The location on Sky Road was spectacular, and we had a wonderful time hiking around nearby Connemara and enjoying Clifden. Ruth and Stewart were such lovely hosts, and the delicious breakfasts and music theme made the stay feel extra special. We loved it!

We only stayed one night, but it was great. One of the owners greeted us at the door with a smile. It’s a little outside town, though the 20-minute walk is so pretty that we didn’t mind. Breakfast was really good, with vegan and vegetarian choices as well. I’d stay here if you visit Clifden!
