The owner was very friendly, and the house is lovely, with a spacious room just a short distance from the town centre. There wasn’t a cooked breakfast at the time, but the room fridge had cereal, bread, and fruit juice. The window wouldn’t open all the way, so the room felt quite humid. The beds weren’t made on the second day. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall.

The owner called to ask when I’d be arriving, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My room was cosy and freshly decorated. Breakfast was really tasty and cooked just right. I’d recommend staying here and would come back if I’m in the area. Lisa

The facilities and service for disabled guests were fantastic, and the price felt like great value. I stayed in February 2018 and was really pleased with my choice. Everything was clean, the people were friendly, and it was well run. Breakfast was good too.

The owner was very friendly, and the guesthouse was spotless. We had a lovely night at Hillcrest guesthouse. The only snag was breakfast: they don't serve it, and we weren't told until we checked in.

The people here are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome. It's a great place to stay, right in Clonmel, and the service is always so good.
