The campers kitchen came in handy for meals, though next time I'd bring my own pots, pans, and cutlery since there wasn't quite enough for what I needed. We stayed two nights in a Bell tent with our two children. It was lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds, and just right for two adults and two kids. The mile walk to cong village was a lovely scenic route. The people staying there were lovely, and all the staff were very friendly. The children were sad to leave and would have loved to stay longer. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here twice in summer 2025 and loved it both times. The owner was thoughtful when a yellow weather warning came in, making preparations and keeping communal areas open as shelter for anyone in a tent. Facilities are fantastic, with nice tent pitches, a kitchen with fridge/freezer, and play rooms. It's close to lovely Cong, famous for the Quiet Man movie. Highly recommended.

The tent pitches sit right beside the road and entrance, so there was frequent traffic noise and late-night disturbance. Quiet hours were posted, but the noise continued well past 2am without being addressed. When I raised it, I felt dismissed. Also, despite being advertised as dog-friendly, dogs aren't allowed inside any building. The facilities are clean and spacious, though the showers could use a bench for getting dressed. This is worth keeping in mind if you want a peaceful stay with a dog and tent.

We had a brilliant stay from the 14th to the 16th of August, with my wife and kids. The location was spot on, within walking distance of cong village, and the toilets were spotless. Everything was above standards. We'll be back for five days in August 2026.

The facilities were great and the staff were amazing, but this place wasn't our vibe. It felt packed in like sardines, and there seemed to be more rules than at a military camp, though they weren't enforced. They try too hard to accommodate everyone, and maybe families should be kept separate from the rest. My electric lead couldn't reach either, it needed to be at least 15m.
