The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location made it easy to get to shops and public transport. The apartments are small but cozy, with cooking facilities and a nicely sized kitchenette. I’d highly recommend them and would stay again if I’m back in Cork.

The accommodation itself was lovely, but the noise from the student accommodation next door was INSANE. We asked them again and again to turn the music down, but it went on until 4am. If you need to sleep, don’t pay to stay here. You have no hope of getting any.

I’ve met some great people living here, and I’ll definitely come back. The apartments and single rooms are very cozy and affordable, the location is perfect, and the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. 10/10.

I was charged about €500 for electricity after staying six weeks, even though I only used the apartment to sleep Monday to Friday. I worked from an office during the day and went home on weekends. They held my deposit until I paid, and the bill was actually more than the deposit, so they asked me for the difference. I asked them to review the charge and provide a breakdown, but they didn’t give me one. After I threatened to take them to court, they said they’d made a mistake and would return my deposit. I never got an apology. There was no WiFi either. I bought a dongle from reception, but it didn’t work where I was staying. They offered access to a public seating area somewhere, but I wasn’t going to leave my apartment in the evening just to use my phone.

The house is so noisy that you hear people on the stairs in the morning, someone shouting, or the washing machine being turned on. I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxed stay at all. For a short stay or a long-term rental, I’d look elsewhere. The owners and people renting it out are really horrible. Even though I followed the contract and gave notice on time, they tried to get money out of me. I nearly went to court, and the situation was only sorted because other lawyers helped.
