The location is handy for Dingle’s main sights, and the owner gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was heat during a cold summer night. The place has a certain old-school elegance, and breakfast in the traditional dining room was very nice. That said, it needs some renovation. It’s dated in appearance, and the floors and fittings squeak and creak. The price felt high for how it looks, though prices are generally high in Dingle. Breakfast starts late, and the main part is made to order, so service can be slow.

Paul was friendly, helpful, and a great host. I’d stay here again if I return. The location is great for Dingle, and our basic room suited what we needed. It looked out over the bay, which was lovely. The towels could be a bit bigger, and breakfast was reasonable. I would’ve liked my brown bread more toasted, though maybe that’s just how they make it in Ireland. No bother.

The people running the place were really nice, and the service was very good. The location is quite convenient too, with free parking and restaurants and attractions nearby. It’s the room that let us down. Ours looked a bit old, and the bed was small, though that part was fair enough. The window leaked badly, and the room got very cold. Other rooms may be different. If you don’t mind the older rooms and the chance of a cold one, I’d still recommend staying here.

Quiet spot, just a block from the start of the marina restaurant area. The room was larger and clean, and breakfast was very nice.
