The breakfast is perfect, and I like the big window in the good rooms. I’ve stayed here several times for work, and the rooms are quite nice. The staff are outstanding. I talk with them often, and they’re friendly and give their best every day. The concierge are always lovely to talk to, and the hotel team really understands hospitality. They’re available for anything, no question is too much. Thanks to Vanessa and Federico for their dedication to guests. And thanks to Kateryna and her coworker for always cleaning up my messy room. I know you have a lot to do, and I don’t know everyone’s names. One thing I’ve noticed is that some rooms have a bathroom ventilation problem. After a shower, the humidity hangs around for quite a while. Also, my large team comes to Dublin regularly, and we noticed some Marriott Bonvoy benefits were reduced at the beginning of the year. That doesn’t put me off, but some colleagues have chosen somewhere else because of it. Maybe hotel management could reconsider the changes made in January.

We stayed for a full month at Aloft Dublin, and it felt like home. We were especially glad the hotel welcomes animals. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and every team member we met, from reception to the housekeeping ladies, was kind, professional, understanding, and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, the restaurants were great, and the gym was clean, modern, and well looked after. It was a warm and welcoming stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel. Thank you! ✨💛🐾💪

I’m in Dublin for a business trip lasting several weeks, and I’m a Marriott Platinum Member, so I’ve stayed in all sorts of places around the world, including lower-cost destinations with more luxurious hotels in a similar budget range. I’ve never had service like this at a Marriott property before. Senior Front Desk Associate Amadou went well beyond his role to help me deal with a car rental company after an accident. His help made it much easier to handle the situation and communicate with the people involved. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, readiness to assist, and outstanding service. He deserves special recognition.

A quiet setting on a couple of back streets, and early in the morning it was mostly people heading to work. The hotel is clean and modern, with friendly, professional staff. The rooms are on the small side, as you’d expect in a European city hotel. We walked to several places within 20 minutes, including the Guinness Storehouse, Brazenhead Pub, Temple Bar, St Patrick's Cathedral, and Christ Church Cathedral. If you’re coming from Dublin Airport on the Dublin Express, Route 783 drops you at Portobello, about a seven-minute walk away. Very easy.

I had a really bad stomach flu at Aloft Hotel last week, and the staff were so caring and friendly. The hotel was spotless, especially the housekeeping, which kept everything extremely clean and tidy. I loved little touches like the delicious peppermint tea in our room. The rooms are lovely and the rooftop bar is stunning. There were plenty of breakfast choices, from smoothies and salads to warm dishes. The staff even put up a tipi tent for the kids, so cute. It’s very close to lovely St Patrick’s Kathedral. I’ll definitely visit again! :)
