The location is perfect, and the rooms, although very small, were clean and comfortable. It felt like a proper hotel with a reception desk, so you could reach someone whenever you needed. There's no elevator, only stairs, which isn't ideal if you're on the top floor. One of the reception staff helped carry my suitcase upstairs. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

We slept really well because the bed was big and comfortable, though the room itself was small, with no chair and hardly any space to move. We could see into a neighboring building, so I assume they could see into our room too. There isn't an elevator, and the stairs are steep, which made luggage awkward. Two of the three staff members I dealt with were nice and easy to talk to; the third was condescending and unpleasant. It's a handy place to explore on foot, though the noise depends on when you're there. It was okay overall, and I would stay again.

The bathroom was so cramped I couldn't sit straight on the toilet without hitting my knees, and getting into the shower was a bit of a challenge. The room itself was spotless, but tiny, even smaller than rooms in Tokyo! I was on the third floor and had to haul my case up three flights since there's no lift. To be fair, the man at reception offered a hand, maybe because I'm not a spring chicken. Reception staff were helpful, and the stairs have key card access. The location is the big draw. Step outside and you're right in the middle of things, beside Temple Bar pub and loads of places to eat and drink. The Dublin Express airport bus stop at Wellington Quay is a five-minute walk away. I was worried the bars would be noisy, but heard only a little at 2am, nothing that woke me up. I'd definitely stay again for the location.

The staff were really helpful and we had an amazing stay. Rooms are tiny, but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend the place to anyone!

A nice little place, and I can recommend it to others. Everything was great, though the room could use a bit more cleaning, especially around the bedside cabinet lamp.
