Getting into the city centre was easy, with the tram stop right in front of the hotel, and we appreciated that. The room had little natural light and felt dark and stuffy. Its only window was behind the kitchen area, wouldn’t open, and was dusty. The air conditioning was the only way to cool the room, but the cold air was uncomfortable for anyone sensitive to it. We also found some kitchen equipment damaged and the stove didn’t work properly. We requested a quiet room, but were given one with a connecting door to the neighbours, so their noise carried easily. They often came back late, apparently after partying, and we had to ask them several times to keep it down. The hotel was noisy overall. There was no room service at all during our stay. Dust built up on the floor, and the bin was full after just two days. For two people staying five nights, there were only two rolls of toilet paper. The shower had no shampoo, or at least the bottles were labelled “body”, “body and hands”, and “conditioner”. We can’t recommend the place.

I stayed for two weeks and absolutely loved it. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic, with a perfectly cooked steak and amazing pints. It’s right by the Luas, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Thanks for everything, "G"! I’ll definitely stay again.

The location is amazing, the staff are friendly, and it’s great value for money. But the room is so hot and uncomfortable that I’m writing this at 5am after being awake for hours. The thermostat won’t go below 19 degrees, and since THE WINDOW DOESNT OPEN, we’ve got the door wide open for air and are rubbing a cold can from the freezer on ourselves. I can’t imagine sleeping here in summer, so keep that in mind.

We got a good rate for our eight-night stay, and I can recommend the hotel. The room was roomy enough for two, and having a kitchenette was a plus. The staff were responsive and the service was great. It’s beside the tram stop and about a 25-minute walk to the city centre.

Getting into the city by tram was easy, and the apartment was okay apart from a few things. The room stayed very warm and stuffy even with the temperature turned all the way down, and there was no window to open for cooler air. The bed was okay, though on the hard side. There’s a nightclub right next door, so lots of young people are around in the evenings. The hotel locks the doors at about 8pm to stop people from outside coming in.
