Clontarf Castle Hotel

We loved the refined but welcoming atmosphere, and every detail felt comfortable and thoughtfully done. The staff were warm, attentive, and knew the hotel's history well. They also gave us personal recommendations for nearby attractions that added a lot to our stay. This was our first visit this year, and it surpassed what we expected from the moment we arrived. We're already looking forward to coming back, and we're even considering this beautiful place as a wedding venue.

The lobby looks nice, and the service was fine. The rooms, though, were small, a bit run down, and drafty, while breakfast was only okay. At this price, about twice what I'd consider fair for a place like this, it's poor value. Dublin hotels are all expensive, I know, but I've stayed in much nicer hotels that were more central and cost less.

We had a lovely weekend here with our two children. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, but dinner at Fahrenheit was the highlight. The service was fantastic, and the portions were generous and just right. I especially recommend the venison starter and beef rib main. Great value too. We look forward to coming back.

We got a superb offer and treated ourselves to a stay during a wet, gloomy January. The spacious room was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. We had drinks at the bar, then dinner at Fahrenheit, and enjoyed both. The staff were helpful and worked with smiles on their faces, which made the whole place feel relaxing.
