Getting an early check-in was no trouble, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. Parking in the shared garage was easy, with plenty of space. The hotel feels modern and updated, and the room was comfortable and clean. Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green are both within walking distance. The area is a grittier part of Dublin. Our room was next to the cleaning staff's supply closet, though, and it got a bit noisy early in the morning as they got ready to clean rooms.

The check-in and checkout were very smooth, and the rooms were spacious. I had contacted head office before because we'd stayed at another hotel in the chain. Please consider using the same mattress supplier as Premier Inn, as your mattresses leave a lot to be desired. They really need updating. We were staying at Maldron Hotel Pearse Street recently for a difficult reason, not a holiday, and I wanted to recognize Colin. Seeing him at breakfast is always a pleasure. He's cheerful, smiling, welcoming, and consistently kind to guests. His warmth and professionalism make the morning feel positive, and he's a real credit to the hotel chain. Manager Ryan is lovely and helpful too. He speaks with guests and makes us feel welcome. Colin and Ryan both have excellent people skills. In a busy world, staff who care like they do are what bring guests back. Colin is a gem, and I hope he's well looked after.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and as a wheelchair user I felt welcome. Help was there whenever I needed it. The hotel itself and its location were brilliant, and worth every penny. The accessible room was too narrow for me to move around freely. The bathroom was spacious and lovely, but the toilet had no lid or backrest. When I fell back, I ended up lying flat, and my core isn't strong enough to get myself up again. I couldn't work out how to use the nice-looking shower without a shower chair, and the soap dispensers were mounted far too high. I'd absolutely recommend it if you're able-bodied or ambulatory, but less so if you use a chair.

The location is excellent, and the bar staff were lovely and helpful. I slept in a room without a connecting door and had no noise issue, unlike my work colleague. If you want a good night's sleep, ask for a room without a door connecting to another bedroom, since noise carries through.

I spent 10 nights here and had no issues. The rooms were peaceful and cleaned daily, and the staff were polite with really good service. The hotel has good in-house dining and a great location. There's a bus about 100m away, and the airport bus stop is very near too. I'd stay here again.
