Crowne Plaza Hotel Blanchardstown by IHG

We had a fantastic meal at their bar and restaurant. The beef cheeks were tender, full of flavor and the best in town, while the wings were succulent and delicious. The drinks were top-notch, and dessert was a great end to the meal. The service made a strong impression too. Manager Mr. Devang checked on us throughout the visit, then walked us to the door to say goodbye. On the way out, Front Office Manager Graham was warm and welcoming, invited us to stay, and said he’d personally take care of everything. Crowne Plaza should be proud of this team and establishment. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Elvria was so helpful. Since we were travelling from Galway for a christening, she arranged a slightly earlier check-in, which was brilliant. I saw her again at breakfast the next day, and she was just as friendly and helpful. She’s a real credit to the team and excellent at her job. Lovely rooms, a brilliant location and a tasty breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again! 🙌

We got in late after our flight was delayed, but the kitchen stayed open so our group could have a proper meal. That was such a kind thing to do after a long day of travel. Graham, the front office manager, also went out of his way to help us move to a better room, and it made a real difference. The staff were thoughtful and professional throughout. We had a phenomenal stay and would happily come back.

My brother and sister-in-law had a lovely little getaway after their wedding. They said the room, arrival, and customer service were fantastic. I’d contacted the hotel to ask about a special touch, and Mr Devang Singh arranged several thoughtful extras in their room for when they arrived, with no extra charge. He was so kind, and the whole team really went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. Thank you 😊
