The kitchens in the rooms were disgusting, so I wouldn’t recommend living here. I’ve also had repeated trouble with the reception staff. Whenever I ask for help, they answer rudely and don’t seem interested in solving anything. When I needed to move rooms and asked about a trolley, they were particularly unhelpful about finding a solution for students. I asked one receptionist’s name, Camila, and found her arrogant and poorly mannered. This wasn’t the first time I’d been treated that way.

The room was clean, though we had to be the ones to christen the kitchen. We were among the first guests, and the reception was open around the clock with very friendly staff.
