The same medicine I buy at Boots or Hickeys for 8-9€ cost 21€ here. That's completely unreasonable. In reply to your response, I don't know which Boots or Hickeys you called to check. I got the same medicine for three months for 24€ at Boots, while you charged 21€ for one month. Don't try to justify robbing people with lies. I'm never coming back to this pharmacy, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was unsure what to expect after seeing the bad reviews, but I had a great experience. The pharmacy was clean, the staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and they had all the extra bits I needed and more. I felt comfortable and well looked after, and would go back if I needed to.

The staff were really nice and helpful, but the price was way too high. I went in for a prescription for the pill, which usually costs 12e for six months of the generic. They wanted 24e for the same thing. I get that rents around here can be high, but Care Plus down the street, about five minutes away, charged me 12e. A little extra would make sense, but double is extortionate.

I bought a month's supply of a generic prescription drug here for 9.04€ in April 2018. The next month I returned for the exact same medication, and because I was buying other things too, I didn't notice they'd charged me 20€. The day after, I was told it was a pricing issue and that I could come back to speak with the manager. Today the explanation was that their usual supplier was short, so they'd had to buy it from a more expensive one. Why wasn't I told that when they charged me 20€? They now say they don't keep track of price changes, but somehow they can explain the increase today.
