Annandale Bed and Breakfast was a cosy, clean, comfortable place to rest, and the host was welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Getting around Dublin was easy thanks to the good location and access to public transport. One thing I missed was a way to heat food. I know it’s a bed and breakfast, but a microwave or small shared space for that would be useful for guests. It was a comfortable stay with great hospitality and location, and that addition would improve it.

Julie was a great host, and Annandale House B&B itself was lovely. We found it when visiting Dublin last summer to see a gig, and booked straight away because the price was more than reasonable, especially compared with more central places. We later realized it was quite out of the way, so getting to and from the centre every day wasn't always ideal.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, with homemade and local items. There are a few breakfast choices, but the Irish breakfast comes by default. Like an English breakfast, it’s too heavy for my taste. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the bus into the city centre, mostly along a broad road with beautiful houses.

Very clean and quiet. Just know the rooms are all upstairs, and the room for four is two flights up. That was tough for Mom.

The couple running this place are the nicest people you could meet. They’re like local guides and want to help however they can. The rooms are cosy, the WiFi worked great, and breakfast was excellent. A fantastic B&B in Dublin, and there’s parking too if you’ve rented a car. I’d recommend staying here.
