The location was really handy, with restaurants and shops right outside, and I felt safe and comfortable. The room was cozy and this was one of the better affordable places I've stayed. Service was helpful and easy. I run hot, so the air conditioning could have been stronger, though it could be adjusted down to 16, which was good enough. Good value.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is great for Grafton Street and St Stephens Green. It's close to Temple Bar, though not really in that area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and good shower gel and hand wash. Breakfast had excellent toast, tea and juice, but the bacon was a bit cold and the fried egg was overdone, with both white and yolk nearly solid. I prefer plain pork sausages to pork and leek, which seems to be the default at hotels now. The restaurant was closed on the Saturday night I was there, which I found puzzling, so I can't comment on dinner. Breakfast was busy around 9:30 and it was hard to find a table, so I'd go closer to 8:30 if you can. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We had a good time and would definitely consider staying again. The staff were especially kind and accommodating when my 4-year-old got sick. My partner called this a budget hotel, but that feels unfair to me: the rooms were larger and cleaner than in many pricier hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was good, though there may be less variety than elsewhere. The location is handy for many things, but getting here by bus from the airport may not be as convenient.

The only small drawback was that our room looked out onto a white wall. We were only in it to sleep, so it was fine. The hotel is very central in Dublin, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was really good.

The location was fantastic for exploring Temple Bar, with cozy bars nearby, and the hop-on hop-off bus stop was easy to reach. Breakfast had a good range of choices. The place was clean and tidy, with basic but nice amenities. I was disappointed there were no biscuits with the tea.
