Cassidys Hotel

We stayed three nights at The Cassidys, and all the staff we met were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

The bar area is nice, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The rooms are tiny, though manageable, and the mattresses are extra firm, so be prepared. In Room 423 especially, there was hardly any water pressure. The front desk said it had been fixed, but I could barely shower.

We chose this hotel partly because it has secure parking for our motorbike, which was a big plus. The room and bed were luxurious and comfortable, and the interior design was chic and elegant while still feeling cosy. Staff were polite and cheerful. The only downside may not have been the hotel’s fault. A laundry service made quite a bit of noise during its rounds and woke us at 4:30. The worker seemed to be trying to keep things quiet, but the bins were the main source of the commotion. Still, I understand that a busy city like Dublin has its own rhythm.

The location on Dublin’s north side made it easy to walk to most of the city’s attractions, and there’s a tour bus stop right outside if you need it. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was good and the service impeccable. Thank you, we’ll be back.
