Denise and the team made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We travelled around the UK and Ireland for almost four weeks with our three kids, all under six, and this Premier Inn was the best of the places we stayed, including other Premier Inns and Airbnbs. They kindly let us check in early and gave us useful suggestions for laundry and things to do nearby. Denise was a fantastic manager, and her staff seemed happy working with her, which guests could feel. We'd stay at this Premier Inn again without hesitation if we return to Dublin.

This Premier Inn in the Liberties is convenient for visiting central Dublin and offers good value on rooms and food. The rooms are comparatively large, breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30 on weekdays, and they don't rush you at the end of service. There's a 24-hour front desk, noon checkout, and a relaxed bar and seating area. Staff are friendly. Room cleaning needs work: you have to request it in advance, floors may be left uncleaned, and sometimes the beds aren't touched. The family focus is great for people with kids, though perhaps less suited to couples or solo travelers.

The room was clean and I have no complaints. Aleksander made the stay especially memorable. We arrived without the right Euro adapters, and he immediately lent us one so we could charge our phones and settle in. He kept going out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking. The location and service were great, and I'd come back to Dublin and stay here again.

The staff made our stay, especially by helping us get into a room a little early so our four kids could sleep after the flight. They didn't have to do that, and it was a real help. This was possible because rooms were available. We chose this hotel because our family of six could manage with two rooms, each with a queen bed and a single, rather than needing three. The neighborhood was quiet, with a distillery across the street that we checked out and a Tesco Express around the corner. Trinity College, Dublin Castle and St. Stephen's Green were about a 20-minute walk away. Rooms were clean and tidy, the beds on the firm side but typical for hotels, and there was lots of hot water, so hot you had to be careful not to burn yourself.

We had a restful three-night stay. The hotel and rooms were clean, and nights were quiet, so we slept well. It was a great base for exploring Dublin, and all the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was tasty with plenty of choice. We really couldn't fault our stay, and the staff made us feel welcome.
