I lived here for a few months recently, and the admin team were amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. I'll never forget how great they were. The building was super clean all the time, and the gym and cinema were pretty good. The rooms are small but set up really well, with a comfortable mattress and everything you need. My only complaint was how hot my room got, even in winter.

There's a friendly, helpful feel to the community, and I've met wonderful people here. Social events run every weekday from Monday to Friday. The location is perfect, and staff are always nice and smiling. Reception is open 24/7, maintenance is on site, and we all have access cards for the building. The studio is quite small, and laundry costs extra and isn't cheap. Still, it's a great place to live, and I think many residents have extended their stays.
The sense of community is one of the best parts of living at Niche Living. It's easy to meet people, and the activities organized by Niche make the place feel very social. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. There's plenty of shared space for residents, which makes a real difference, and the cozy rooms have a good amount of storage. The location is great too, close to the sea and with excellent public transport into Dublin city centre.
I've been at Niche Living in Dun Laoghaire for almost three years, and it's been a really enjoyable place to live. The calm seaside setting is lovely, while the DART station, the sea, and everything in Dun Laoghaire are close by, with easy access to the city. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The building is well managed, and its services make everyday life convenient. The facilities are good, and the common areas make it easy to chat with other residents. I've met a lot of great people over the years, so it feels like a community rather than just an apartment building. Between the location, staff, facilities, and social atmosphere, I'd definitely recommend it.
We've been here for seven months, and so far we've had an incredible stay. The staff members are really kind and professional. The common areas are clean and useful, with a gym, cinema, kitchens, study rooms, game room, music room, and library room. Our room stays at a really good temperature, and we haven't needed to use the heating all winter. The DART is only three minutes away, which makes getting to the city centre super convenient. The studio is quite small and expensive, but it has everything you need and is in an amazing area of Dublin. Besides, nothing in this country is cheap. For the price, we doubt there's anything as good as this in Dublin. We're really enjoying our stay. We are Ángela and Jesús.
