As an Australian traveler with no plans to return to Dublin, the voucher has little realistic use for me. Even after several polite attempts to sort this out directly with Trinity Townhouse Hotel, including asking management to review it, they have continued to refuse a refund. I never got to stay because of the COVID-19 pandemic and international travel restrictions in 2020. I understand how difficult that time was for hospitality businesses, but my booking, totaling €977.40, was turned into a non-refundable voucher instead of being refunded. Other accommodation providers connected with my trip gave me money back in similar circumstances. Nearly six years have now passed. Given the amount and the time gone by, I feel more flexibility and fairness would have been appropriate.

The dining space is small, so we had to confirm our breakfast time the day before. It was worth arranging: the food was fresh and tasty, with drinks, a starter, and a main. The price was very good, and I’d choose Trinity Townhouse again if I return to Dublin. Our room was spotless and very quiet, and being so close to Trinity College was convenient. Rituals cosmetics were a nice touch. The staff were polite and helpful.

Breakfast was a highlight, every dish was delicious and nicely presented. The whole team was wonderful, especially Fernando, who was so helpful and generous. We had a great time at Trinity Townhouse. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with lovely decor and thoughtful amenities. The staff took such good care of us throughout, and exceeded what we expected. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was top notch, and the service was friendly. This small boutique hotel sits on a great side street right in central Dublin. Our superior double was spacious and very quiet. There are lots of stairs, so check on accessibility.
