Wren Urban Nest

The bed was comfortable, and I had a nice stay. I knew the hotel was small, which is part of its appeal, but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. There weren’t many guests while I was there. The food and wine list are vegetarian, and both are limited in size. A shout-out to the woman from the Czech Republic working behind the bar.

A lovely little room with a fabulous shower and a really comfortable bed. There was just enough space for the two of us, though we only had small bags and no suitcases. Check-in was simple using the electronic touch screens. The location is excellent, and while the price may be on the high side, that’s to be expected in Dublin. Nothing negative to say. We’d come back.

The breakfast was superb, with lots of fresh, tasty, healthy options, and the staff were very friendly. The building and room were both amazing, and the location was pretty much in the centre of Dublin. The one thing I didn’t like was the rough ceiling in the room, which didn’t really fit the style of the rest of it.

Right in the centre, and there’s a bar and restaurant on site, though I didn’t try either. The price was competitive for Dublin, and I’d stay again. The rooms are tiny but clean, well equipped, and cleverly laid out. They’d be fine for one person or a short stay for two, though anyone bringing a lot of luggage might struggle. The bed is comfortable and a reasonable size, but you can only get into it from one side.
