It didn't suit me. The room was small and very noisy, and I could hear everything, including other guests coming back late. The kettle had cloudy, dirty water sitting halfway up when I went to use it. Breakfast was self-service and cold. The price is low, but I still expect clean, decent basic service.

Roisin was warm and so helpful, nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic, with continental options and a few hot specials, and they could cater for someone with coeliac disease. The restored building is beautiful, finished to a very high standard throughout. Late check-in worked perfectly. The bedrooms were immaculately presented and had everything needed, though they were a little small. Highly recommend.

We had a large group spread across three apartments and it worked perfectly. The location was central, everyone was friendly, and the apartments were comfortable.

The building and guest rooms were beautifully restored, much nicer than the website photos suggest. Breakfast was tasty and hot, including coeliac-friendly options, so “continental breakfast” really doesn't do it justice. The hostess was wonderful too.

The rooms are a bit small, but they were fine for a few days. It's a handy spot in central Dungarvan, with free parking right outside. Breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely, especially Roisin. We'll be back.
