Mary did so much to help arrange our mum's 70th birthday gathering, and Josephine made sure everyone was looked after at the Saturday night dinner and party. The staff and service were exceptional, and the food was perfect. My family and I spent the weekend here, and the beautiful hotel overlooks the Atlantic. Huge thanks to Mary, Josephine and the whole team for making the occasion so memorable.

The staff were polite, friendly, professional and helpful, and breakfast had a good range to choose from. My room was clean and a decent size, with a TV, tea making area, iron and board, wardrobe space, and a safe that wasn't working. I didn't need it, so I didn't mention it. The bathroom was spacious enough and the shower worked well, though its head fitting was a little loose. Towels, shower gel and handwash were provided. There was a large bar and dining area. The room decor felt a bit dated, and some USB charging sockets would be useful. The gym and pool were closed for renovations. Still, I had a good stay and would recommend it.

The staff were so helpful with the menu when I explained I'm vegan, and they made me feel welcome instead of like a bother. I really appreciated that. The bar was very good, the views were lovely, and the food was great, especially the dessert.

You notice how clean the place is as soon as you arrive, and the staff are just as impressive. Everyone at the Broadhaven is so pleasant, and I've seen them go out of their way for people. Couldn't recommend them more.

The rooms could do with refurbishment, they're outdated and showing wear and tear. There is loads of parking and an electric charger, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We had lovely bar food with generous portions.
