The main problem during our four night stay at Seacliff was the leaking downstairs toilet. There was a pool of water on the floor when we arrived. We followed Tridents instructions and called the on site manager, who brought towels to contain it and said they’d contact a plumber. The toilet kept leaking for the entire stay, so we were mopping constantly. Water from the bathroom spread into the hallway on our last night. I was worried the kids might slip on the tiles, and the leak raised obvious hygiene concerns. We also needed that bathroom because our toddler won’t use a shower and it was the only one with a bath. I’d never complained this way before, but after spending over an hour mopping on our last night, I emailed them before we’d even got home. Since then, dealing with their customer service has been frustrating. The staff are courteous, but I’ve felt they don’t really care about customers. We paid over €600 for four nights in a three bedroom, two bathroom house, and shouldn’t have had to keep cleaning up water from a toilet that wasn’t our fault. They may reply or try to discredit the review, but my profile shows this is the first bad review I’ve ever left. I think of myself as reasonable. I was promised a €100 refund last week, but it still hasn’t arrived. Avoid.

We stayed in number 12 at the end of April. The house was clean and in a good location, but felt tired and poorly equipped. There was no hot running water from the taps, only in the shower, and we had to buy a frying pan, towels, and other things we needed. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock either. It was a poor experience.

We’ve just come back from two weeks at Sea Cliffs, staying in number 4. The sea views were beautiful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Maria, the Manager, was so friendly and helpful. We loved it and will be back.

The houses are lovely, in a beautiful resort with a bar and restaurant on site. Maria was wonderful as our contact and couldn’t have done more for us. We’ll definitely return.

At #24 Seacliff, the downstairs toilet leaked from the day we arrived, leaving water on the tiled floor. We followed Tridents instructions and called the on site manager. They gave us towels to contain the leak and said they’d contact a plumber, but it was never fixed during our four night stay. My wife and I kept mopping the bathroom floor. It was a health and safety concern, as well as a hygiene problem, and we worried our children might slip. We needed that bath for our 3 year old son, since he won’t use the only other option, the upstairs en suite shower. My wife is still dealing with customer service and has been frustrated by the lack of action. The buck has been passed repeatedly, and we won’t stay there again.
