The single room was so small we called it The Cupboard Under the Stairs. It was clean, but being by the front door meant lots of traffic, and one whole wall was the front window, so there was plenty of street noise. The bed was super comfortable, with a locker for hanging things and a very clean bathroom and shower. There was also a hotpot and coffee. No chair, but a stool was built into the wardrobe. You couldn't leave a hard case open, so we had to take out what we needed, close it, and put it back in the bathroom or at the foot of the bed. Fine for one night, but for longer I'd get a bigger room. The host was super attentive, and the location was good for town. Breakfast had great options, and they paid attention to food allergies. On our trip, most single rooms were 100-160 EUR a night, and sizes ranged from this tiny to a regular western hotel room, so be aware there's a lot of variation.

We stayed here during a bus tour and found it a great little place. The rooms were nice, the breakfast lovely, and Angela was a fun, engaging host. I'd highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We were here for Galway Arts Festival, and the location was very handy for walking to events. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were on the small side, but fine for one night. It was pricey for a B&B, though it was festival time. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent, but the sausages disappointed. My wife says her smoked salmon with scrambled eggs was excellent.

The hosts were very friendly, and I could park my bike in the courtyard. The room was small but nice, and breakfast had a great, wide selection. A lovely stay in Galway, and I'd be happy to return.

Breakfast was fantastic, and our hostess was so welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms were comfortable and very clean. Downtown was just a short walk away, with plenty of shops, food, and fun.
