The cowboy touches give these four rustic cabins a fun, quirky feel. They’re set up for different stays, from couples to families with kids, and the kitchens are clean, modern and well equipped. It’s also a good base for visiting Kinvara, Irish castles, the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick and Galway. Hidden gem, and I’d happily recommend booking.

We were there for two nights with friends visiting from Glasgow and Madrid, and they were really happy with the chalet. It’s in a peaceful spot, though amenities are fairly close by if you have a car, and the cowboy-style room is nicely decorated. The owner has thought of a lot of things guests might need. We did miss a kettle and kitchen knife, but couldn’t find anyone to ask, probably because we came back late and left early. Still a lovely stay, and I’d return if I’m back in West Ireland.

Quiet, clean, and nicely set up for a short stay. I’d happily stay here again if I needed somewhere in this part of the country.

The ranch house was just what our family needed after ten hectic days at the start of our holiday. Cosy, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with the Irish countryside all around. Our favourite bit was having coffee on the veranda in the morning while the local farm cat kept us company. We’ll be back.
