Our host was sweet and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Sli Ni Mara was a great place to stay, with a spacious, comfortable bed and a clean, well-kept bathroom. It’s within walking distance of Galway's Latin Quarter, where there’s no shortage of places to sit for a pint and listen to music. We had a wonderful time.

George and Bridie really made this stay special. They were so welcoming and hospitable, made us feel at home, and gave us great suggestions for a night out in Galway. The breakfast was wonderful too. Their place is only a 10 min walk from town, so the location is great. This was our only B&B stay on our Ireland trip, and it did not disappoint. We hope to be back soon!

Our room was fresh and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bridie welcomed us warmly and gave us useful ideas for making the most of our short time in Galway. We enjoyed our one night at Sli Na Mara and would definitely recommend it.

The house was quiet, clean and convenient for everything we wanted to see. Bridie and George were fantastic hosts, with helpful advice about local attractions, including when to go and which way to travel. I’d gladly return to Sli Na Mara.

The owners were warm, attentive and welcoming, and clearly take pride in making guests comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. We all had the waffles. My room was cozy, clean and comfortable after a day out exploring. The B&B is in a quieter area but only a 10-minute walk from the heart of Galway, so it’s easy to enjoy the city and have somewhere peaceful to relax. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
