The en suite double room was excellent, and the breakfast was as good as anywhere, made with high quality products. Lovely hosts, and exceptional value for money.

Teresa looked after us so well and was a delightful host. She even prepared a perfect veggie breakfast. Pat put us in touch with Pete, a local taxi legend who sorted our trips to and from Glasson lake house. The house and garden are beautiful. Just a really nice place, and we were very happy.

We had breakfast on both mornings and would especially recommend the salmon and poached eggs. The room and ensuite were spacious, parking was easy, and Teresa was helpful with nearby places to visit. A fantastic spot just outside Athlone.

Friendly, helpful hosts and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Great location for the price.

I tried to book this B&B recently and was disgusted by how I was treated. I contacted them four times, and each time they told me to get back to them. At first they quoted €90- for one night in a double room with breakfast. Once they heard we were attending a wedding at Glasson Hotel, they seemed to hold off on confirming so they could maximise their B & B fee. When I tried a fourth time, I was told the room was no longer available. Disgraceful carry on 😡
