Ruby Molly Hotel Dublin by IHG

We mostly needed the room for sleeping and showering, so the view didn't matter much. The room was clean and roomy enough, and the location and hotel staff were both great. They also gave each of us a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. We had a great stay and will come back on our next visit.

The bar and restaurant downstairs had a great atmosphere, and Ruby Molly is right by some lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. We were there for a quick weekend for my cousin's wedding. Our room was spacious and clean, with good lighting and water pressure, plus an excellent Marshall Bluetooth speaker. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The lobby decor was really nice, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. It was well placed for getting around to the attractions, with many about a 15-20 minute walk away and things to see along the way. We chose the free drinks instead of the extra room cleaning voucher. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was stylish, clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of light. The bed itself was comfortable, and it wasn't too noisy, so sleeping in was easy. The hotel's location is handy for the River Liffey and Temple area, and the staff were really nice. Check-in was described as self-service, but an associate still had to help and check ID. Our room was easy to find, though getting there involved some odd turns and hallways. A few things made the room less comfortable for me: the pillows were too puffy for a stomach sleeper, and there weren't mirrors near the plugs. I also found the two narrow bed covers frustrating compared with one larger cover. The towels felt like sandpaper, and neither the sheets nor anything else felt soft. The shower's see-through curtain setup didn't bother me. There was no mini fridge, which I missed when we had leftovers. I also wondered why there were guitar amps in the room instead. The bar area looked gorgeous, if a bit oversized, though the drinks we tried were only mediocre. The hotel is still gorgeous and very clean, and I'd recommend it for that.
