All the staff interactions were a pleasure, and they seemed willing to go to any lengths to help and serve us. We got a complimentary room upgrade, plus a personalized note and a little gift waiting in the room. Dinner was delicious, with lots of local fare, and breakfast was really good too, with plenty of local produce. Fantastic stay, just a pity it was only one night. I’ll be eagerly waiting for the hotel’s new incarnation in 2 years, when it reopens, and will definitely be back soon after.

The food was fantastic, and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. My children loved it, and they had fun horse riding. We stayed with the family for my daughter's communion a while ago. The rooms were beautiful and the location felt wonderfully private. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d love to go back. Thanks a million.

The room setup was our favourite part. Our three kids each had a twin bed in a room with no hallway or balcony access, only a door through to our room with its king bed. Both rooms had their own full bath, which made getting everyone ready much easier. The hotel is very family friendly, with free pony rides, little fairy doors hidden around the grounds, and a great playground with a zip line. The restaurant food was outstanding at both dinner and breakfast, and the concierge was a huge help with our daily tours. One of our favourite hotels in Ireland. We’ll put the Dunloe Hotel on our list next time we come back.

We’ve been coming regularly for 10 years, and it’s still our favourite hotel. It’s starting to feel tired now, but it remains lovely, especially the high ceilings and the relaxing lobby. We were told it would close at the end of September for a major refurbishment lasting 18 months to 2 years. Looking forward to the reopening. 👍

Beautiful grounds, a stunning location, and superb service. We stayed during a recent trip around Ireland, and this was easily our favourite hotel. Only regret is that we didn’t book more nights. Would highly recommend it, and would be happy to return.
