The rooms were basic, but clean and perfectly usable. Breakfast came included, served hot, and was delicious. The hosts were gracious and accommodating, with helpful directions for making the most of our time on the island. I especially appreciated the hospitality and service from all the staff. With modest expectations, this guesthouse turned out to be a perfect place for our day on the island. I’d highly recommend it while weighing your options.
We had a lovely stay at the Pier House. The front desk was very helpful, making sure we got to the airline on time, and our room was ready before check-in.
The location couldn't be more convenient for the ferry, and they let us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out while we waited for ferry times. The Irish breakfast was terrific. Rooms are a bit basic and the showers could use a few more supplies, but it served us well for an overnight stay.
Right beside the island port, this hotel is neatly placed. The rooms feel a little old-fashioned but are comfortable, with pretty great beds, and they even offer a vegan breakfast. It has the feel of a mum-and-pop hotel.
Just a few minutes' walk from the pier, the location is amazing. The room was basic but clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the ladies serving it were lovely and efficient. I can't wait to come back to the island, and the Pier House will be my place to stay.
