It was so peaceful out there, with beautiful scenery all around. Eileen was always smiling, polite and helpful. I arrived in the evening after hiking Carrauntoohil and stayed just 14 hours, but really enjoyed it. My room was tiny, though clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was right across the hall and was beautiful. I had dinner in a nearby town, then a tasty traditional Irish breakfast in the pleasant dining room. Thanks, Eileen. I might come back with my family.

The quiet here is something else, especially at night when it's completely silent outside, and the views are stunning. Eileen is warm and caring, and made us feel properly welcome. Definitely a 10/10. This is my new place to stay when I'm in Kerry.

Breakfast was delicious, with a couple of menu choices, and everyone ate together at one table, which made it easy to chat with guests from other countries. We spent four nights here. The twin room was small but very clean, and the private bathroom was just opposite. There was also a guest living room where we could have tea or coffee in the evening, or watch TV. Eileen was kind and helpful, and we felt well looked after. The location worked well for Carrauntoohill, Gap of Dunloe and Killarney National Park. Such a quiet, peaceful place. Hugs to Eileen.

We were there for one night in May 2024, at this lovely home and dairy farm. The family were wonderful, the dogs sweet, and it was fun seeing the cows. Breakfast was great too. We'd happily return to Ireland and stay again if we get the chance.
