Annette at reception made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. She was welcoming, professional and attentive, and nothing was any trouble. Such a helpful check-in, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s exactly the sort of service that gets a stay off to a great start.

It’s been two months since our stay at the Scott’s hotel, and as a recently engaged couple, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Maryann at the front desk went above and beyond, and I’ll never forget her. Our room was beautiful thanks to her. Sending love from America, and thank you all. The rooms are very clean and quiet, and the hotel feels like a five-star place despite its four-star rating. There’s a fabulous restaurant, a small quiet bar, a huge noisy bar and an outdoor stage. McMurphys Pub and restaurant is right out front. You’re right in downtown, or just on its edge, and there’s so much to shop for. For people-watching, it doesn’t get better.

The food was divine, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy dinner and a drink while we watched the rugby. Town was busy, so we were glad to find a seat here. Staff and service get 10/10 from me. I'd recommend it to a friend and will be back next time I'm in Killarney. 👌

The apartment was amazing for our group. It had two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, and the price was really reasonable compared with booking just a room. With four or five people, this place works well. It was only a five-minute walk to Main Street. There was music in the courtyard, but it stopped around 11; we enjoyed sitting on the couch with the windows open and listening. I was so excited about the place that I forgot to take pictures!
