The breakfast was fresh and generous, and there was a lounge where guests could relax. Our ensuite double room had lots of space and a really comfortable bed. The whole place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Ian and Rose were so friendly and accommodating, and we had secure storage for our bikes. It’s a hidden gem and a great place to stay while cycling the Greenway.

We felt so welcome with Ian and Rose, who were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. I’d recommend this lovely B&B as a base for cycling the Greenway.

The breakfast was the best I had during my 14 nights in Ireland, and the residents’ lounge made the stay especially comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly, and I was lucky enough to meet their lovely sheep dogs. There’s also an excellent pub down the road. A delightful place to stay on a solo motorcycle tour.

We had dinner in Waterford, just a 10-minute drive away, and found plenty to explore nearby. The breakfast choices were a highlight, especially the amazing pancakes. Our hosts were lovely, the room was clean and cosy, and the bed was so comfortable. It was quiet outside, too, and felt like a home from home.

Rose and Ian were really friendly, and the house and grounds were well cared for. We all enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The kids fell in love with Rose's two lovely dogs, lexy and Sky, and really missed the dogs afterward. Highly recommended ❤️
