The hospitality and cleaning staff were really on the ball, and the reception staff were nice as well. We were a family with small children, though the hotel seems more geared toward local golfers. The restaurant staff were pleasant, but service could be slow. The place was clean and well located, and we appreciated the free lollies and gold tees.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the hotel had a lovely, homely atmosphere. My sister and I recently stayed and found it perfect. It was quiet, with no large parties, which we really appreciated, but we could still stay up late at the bar without any issue. The manager kindly offered us a lift to the bus stop when we left. I'd highly recommend it and would choose it again when I return.

The staff are marvelous, and the onsite restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. It's less than a five-minute walk to both Lahinch town and Lahinch GC, making this the place to stay when visiting Lahinch.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had on the island of Ireland, and dinner is a must-have too. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly and efficient. It's a real credit to the owner, Michael, who's always present at the establishment.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge for the last three nights of our southwest golf and sightseeing trip. Our group of 21 found the rooms nicely updated and modern, and the restaurant was phenomenal, with Michael's great menu choices. We enjoyed the bar/parlor area too, watching the US Open. The lodge is small compared with the large hotel we stayed at in Killarney, but the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Lahinch golf course, pubs, and shops. If you're staying in Lahinch, I highly recommend Vaughan Lodge.
