It’s a quiet, peaceful place with great views and a lovely hostess. Rosies bar serves drinks and meals, and Midleton is just a short drive away for supplies. You can also catch a bus into Midleton for a night out.

The lush scenery and wonderful hospitality make this a lovely place to get away, even though it’s close to cork city. The home baking is hard to beat. Hostess Mary Walsh is fun, vibrant, and caring with her guests. Instagram fans should follow her, she’s highly entertaining.

Mary made us feel so special and couldn’t do enough for us, a welcome and hospitality we haven’t had anywhere else. We stayed at tranquil water for three nights, and everything was so clean, with everything we needed, a great location, and lovely views. Mary’s homemade breakfast was out of this world, especially the pancakes she made for our little boy. We’ll definitely return. Thank you so much, Mary.

Mary is one of the kindest people you could meet, and her breakfast is delicious. The amazing location and stunning views made this a wonderful place to recharge and unwind. The whole stay felt rejuvenating from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Mary was such a welcoming host, and the rooms were chic and cozy. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. The ocean views over the peaceful village make this place a real gem. We can’t wait to come back.
