Carrigshane House

Willie knows loads about the area and good places to eat and drink, and he even kindly gave us a lift down to midleton. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and breakfast was really excellent. He’s a chatty, welcoming host, and there’s a fabulous little dog who quietly wanders around the guest house. We had a really pleasant stay and will definitely return.

Willy and Trina made us feel right at home, even so far from home after travelling all the way from Zambia. They’re such a lovely couple. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the breakfast was beyond amazing, with so much variety. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Fantastic food, a great price, and owners who are super friendly. Skip the search for a parking spot in town and stay here instead, it’s a five-minute walk in. They keep a super cute dog out of sight because some guests complain. We didn’t even notice the dog until we were getting ready to leave. Pro tip: ask to meet Toby!

Toby gives you a lovely welcome, and the hosts are great. The rooms are lovely, there’s lots of parking, and it’s handy for most places. Middleton is a great spot for an evening meal, try Cocos!! Absolutely brilliant.
