A few of us had massages while visiting the hotel with a group of girls for my 30th birthday. Angela was my therapist, and I felt lucky to have her. She’s a lovely, reassuring person and amazing at her job. It was my first massage, and a calming, relaxing experience I won’t forget. The staff were all so friendly and ready to help.

A comfortable, modern hotel with a nice foyer and pleasant bedrooms. Food was good and reasonably priced, with pleasant service. On Sundays, the bar serves carvery lunch until 3.30pm, then switches to the à la carte menu. Naas does have more luxurious options, though.

The leisure centre was good, and the hotel itself was clean and nicely located, with free parking. The restaurant staff were amazing and the food was lovely. Breakfast was the letdown for me: very little choice, and some trays were empty without being refilled quickly. Still, I had a nice stay.

My daughter and I had a spa day and did the 'partner experience'. Angela and Natalia were fantastic and really professional. We had an amazing day, and I’d absolutely do it again. Hope I’ve spelled both their names right. I’ll be back.

The spa was divine, and all the staff were pleasant to deal with, but for a four star hotel I came away disappointed. The main room and bed were nice enough, though the TV was a long way from the bed. The shower faucet couldn’t be reached from inside the shower, so I had to check the temperature before getting in. We’d hoped for a Jacuzzi bath. The room had a basic roll top bath, and when I called to ask about a Jacuzzi, I was told there was one in the leisure centre. There wasn’t, just a hydrotherapy pool at the same temperature as the main pool, so we only stayed in the leisure centre for about 20 minutes. Dinner was included in our package in the bar, which sounded fine, but every table was low, so we couldn’t sit at a proper dining table and it hurt my hip. The bar was cold too. I could overlook these things at three star prices, but not for what we paid.
