The room had an older style, but it was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was included, with different choices from a full Irish to simple scrambled eggs. The receptionists were really friendly and reassuring, and carefully explained the room keys, coming and going, and car safety. I had a wonderful experience here. I’d stay again if I’m back this way, and recommend it to solo travellers like me!

The food and service were excellent, the rooms spotless, and the beds extremely comfortable. The decor is admittedly outdated, and the showers could do with an upgrade, though the location and atmosphere made up for those drawbacks. My colleague and I just stayed at this hotel, and honestly, I’d been apprehensive after reading some reviews. Turns out it’s a little gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful. All "Paddys" and well fit to talk!

The breakfast was lovely, and I hope I can come back for a leisure visit instead of work next time. I spent a few days here for work, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. John and Angela deserve a special mention for listening to all my ramblings. Thanks to everyone. Steve

The home cooked Irish food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I drive tour buses and have stayed in hotels all around Ireland, and the food and hospitality here were absolutely amazing. Thank you from John, Damien, Liam and Ritis.

I left feeling dirty. The carpets were filthy, with clutter and dust everywhere, and there was a smell of mould and cigarette smoke throughout. My shower had no water flow at all. Kitchen staff couldn’t speak or understand English. There was no wifi, and the bar was never open. At 95€ a night for bed and breakfast, it feels like robbery. The hotel is run down and outdated, like stepping into the 1940s. I don’t know how this place is still open.
