We were parking here for a trip from Dublin airport, and our young children needed the toilet while we waited for the shuttle. A staff member at the entrance said we couldn't use the facilities because we weren't hotel guests. I explained that we had parked there and the kids needed to go, but was then told the toilets were out of service. When I asked whether both the men's and women's toilets were unavailable, he said yes. I hope the service for hotel guests is better. For comparison, we went to the hotel next door and had the complete opposite experience.

We slept well, and the rooms were decent. The front desk helped us figure out the bus into the city for dinner, including the routes and fares, and even helped us get change. Since we had a very early flight, they provided a breakfast box. The hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle made it easy to get there and back.

The rooms were a little tired, but perfectly fine for one night, and there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. We enjoyed the takeaway breakfast they gave us for our early flight. It's also easy to catch a bus into downtown Dublin. We had a pizza delivered to the front desk for €12, and it was absolutely delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, well laid out, and good overall. Soundproofing could be better. Breakfast was decent, though I would have liked more vegetarian options such as tomatoes and mushrooms. The free shuttle to and from Dublin Airport makes this a useful place to stay. I'd come back.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. We were here for a one-day layover, and the hotel was really close to the airport. The shuttle was great, with very friendly drivers, and getting into town didn't take long either.
