Cathy was kind, trustworthy, and incredibly generous. She kept one of my bags for a week while I travelled around Europe, and when I got back to Ireland in the middle of the night before an extremely early flight to the United States, she let me sleep at her guesthouse for a few hours. Before we even arrived in Ireland, she was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. We ended up arriving very early, and she said it was no problem; her daughter kindly helped us get to our rooms. Breakfast was great, and Cathy called to arrange airport cabs for both my friend and me. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Cathy was a fantastic host and shared lots of suggestions during our visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. A taxi downtown cost only €25, and the airport was 10 minutes away. 👏👏

We were so glad we spent our last two nights in Dublin at this B&B. The host was fantastic, breakfast was great, and our room was spacious and clean. It's conveniently close to the airport, and buses into town are easy to catch and don't cost much.

San Juan B&B is north of Dublin and about 15 minutes from Dublin Airport, so it seemed a good fit for people travelling elsewhere. We stayed one night during a longer visit to Dublin. The place was clean, and it was nice to be able to choose our room; our host said rooms are assigned first come, first served. The host was business-like and rattled off the necessary information quickly. Breakfast was fine. The decor was the main issue for us. It comes down to taste, of course, but we found it dated and a bit dull. The old pillow covers on the beds looked worn, and the room felt like it needed freshening up. Our stay was fine, just nothing special. We liked the area near Malahide, only minutes away, a quaint, lively town that didn't feel overrun with tourists. The B&B itself was so-so.

We got a friendly welcome and recommendations for places to have dinner. Our room was spacious, with a private bath, and the stay was very nice. We spent our last night here before flying home from Dublin Airport, but left before breakfast was served.
