The food was so good we ate at the hotel both days, and the Garavogue River view from its location is hard to beat. My wife and I have just come back from a two-night stay at the Glasshouse Hotel, and we had a wonderful time from arrival through departure. The staff were always ready to help us enjoy our stay, including Pol at Reception, Railin who served our drinks and meals, and Tanya who answered our questions. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and the WiFi worked excellently throughout the hotel. I highly recommend it for a visit to Sligo. - Eddie & Theresa

From the moment we arrived through checkout, the staff treated us so well and were incredibly accommodating. Reception, bar and restaurant staff were all amazing, and even the household staff we met in the corridor were so friendly. They went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend at the glasshouse. Such a wonderful stay, highly recommended, 10/10 🙌

Booking.com caused a problem with my booking, but the Glasshouse Hotel reservations team turned it into a good experience. They handled the issue professionally, responded promptly from my first contact and immediately offered a clear solution. They really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Lorraine, the Reservation Manager, deserves a special mention for being courteous, helpful and efficient throughout. Her quick, reassuring, professional communication made a potentially stressful situation feel positive. Service that personal and proactive is rare these days. Credit to the whole team at the Glasshouse Hotel, highly recommend.

The Christmas decorations in the hotel looked fabulous. I had a really enjoyable afternoon here for a work lunch celebrating milestone years of service. The staff were fantastic and efficient, and our delicious food arrived promptly. Well done, and thank you!

We had such a relaxing October Bank Holiday, with a lovely view of the river from our balcony. The hotel itself and the staff were lovely, and the location is seconds from the main shopping streets, with some nice little cafes and bars nearby. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and bright, with balcony doors and a sitting area where we could relax with a morning cuppa. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was gorgeous too, with everything you’d want to keep you going till lunch. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
