Coisceim Village

I’ve lived here for four years as student accommodation, and it’s been quite a ride. In my first year I was nervous about being somewhere new, but I got on fairly well with my housemates. Then Covid started, and neither our friendship nor the accommodation really mattered much. In year two, a friend and I ended up with a house to ourselves because of the circumstances, and it served us well for the seven months we were there. It was a love-hate situation: the place was nice, but Covid was awful. I made it through year three without a hitch, with new housemates and everyone living their best lives in these houses. Now I’m writing this from the comfort of my own room, using the ensuite whenever I need it. I’ve just cooked dinner in the fully furnished kitchen and am about to put on a film on one of the many channels on the communal TV. I’m using the internet to write this too, and it’s been good to me. I think it’s a lovely place for a holiday, but you really have to live here to appreciate it.

A 10am checkout felt far too early. The receptionist was rude and really unhelpful, and the customer service was very poor. I wouldn't book here again.

We had a great stay and would come back. The place was clean, and Marie and the team were so helpful. Good for families, and I'd recommend it.

Everything we needed for a stay of several weeks was available, and the price was good. The host was great, the place was very clean, and every room had a good shower. Shops and places to enjoy nature were close by.
