We could only manage one night at Beach Haven because of our travel schedule, but I’d happily have stayed longer. Avery and Niamh made us feel welcome and relaxed, and breakfast the next morning was among the best of our whole holiday through England and Scotland too. We visited Ireland in September 2025, and this stay left us with a wonderful memory. Best wishes to you both, and we hope to return!

The place was spotless and nicely decorated, and the location was great. Avery and partner were fantastic hosts. My room was tiny, though I suppose it was adequate for one person. Breakfast came out fresh and hot, exactly as ordered. I’d love to stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice now, once in the B&B and once in the apartments, and both were spotless. The B&B room was spacious, with a big clean bathroom and everything we needed. It also had a balcony door for private entry and exit. The hosts are kind, friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. The pancakes are honestly amazing. My 5 year old son loved the view from breakfast, where he could see a rollercoaster, and said the pancakes were the best ever. I couldn’t fault either stay, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Niamh and Avery were so warm and helpful, and the place was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast was really tasty and everything was fresh. And the cupcakes... ah, those cupcakes were to die for!

Avery and Niamh were so kind and accommodating with our autistic son, and their daughter was very good to our boys too. We stayed 4 nights in a family room with our 2 kids, aged 11&6, and my wife. The room was very clean and got cleaned daily, and breakfast was lovely. We’d highly recommend the place and plan to go back next year in 2026.
