I had a delightful stay at Highfield House Guest House, Trim. In the morning I wandered across the road to the River Walk and up by the Castle, and for a moment it felt like I was on holiday. Thanks so much to all the staff. I'd booked the bed for the night at random, without using any of the usual technology to look up information. I was in town for an early appointment the next day at Souhan's Garage to get the exhaust repaired on my near-vintage Toyota Corona. What a surprise to find such luxury, warmth, and cosiness!

Everything was within easy walking distance, including Trim castle, pubs, and restaurants. We had a lovely room and a comfy bed, and really enjoyed staying here. We'd definitely come back.

We were in town for an 18th birthday during storm Amy and were allowed to stay in our comfortable room for as long as we needed. They even lent us an umbrella for going into Trim. We had a lovely three-night stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Thank you.

We loved walking along the river walk and exploring Trim. Our room was clean and quaint, and we felt comfortable there. The host was so friendly and gave us some great tips. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Geraldine was a wonderful host, always reachable by phone if we needed anything. We booked the whole house for our family reunion, and it was perfect. There are ten ensuite bedrooms, so everyone had their own space, and the place is beautiful, full of character and huge. The kids spent the weekend playing hide and seek throughout the house. We also made use of the lovely outdoor area. The location worked well for exploring the town and castle on foot. We made so many great memories. Thank you for an amazing stay.
